Join Pravin in the Castle Farm kitchen for an intimate evening of conversation, tasting and cooking.
A little more about spice. And a lot more about flavour.
Join Pravin in the Castle Farm kitchen for an intimate evening of conversation, tasting and cooking.
Drawing on his South Indian and Malaysian roots, family memories and years spent in the kitchen, Pravin explores how spices, aromatics and simple ingredients work together to create flavour.
This isn't a traditional cooking class. It's a chance to get closer to the way Pravin thinks about food. To smell, taste, ask questions and discover how small changes can make a big difference to what ends up on your plate.
We'll spend some time around the kitchen, put a little of what we've learned into practice, and finish together around the table with something we've made.
You don't need to know much about spices or cooking. Just bring your curiosity.
The hope is that you'll leave with a little more understanding of flavour, and a little more confidence to experiment in your own kitchen.
