Pravin
Pravin Nayar is the chef and founder behind Castle Farm.
Raised on a blend of Nordic, Malaysian and South Indian food traditions, his cooking is shaped less by a single cuisine and more by a lifelong fascination with taste. Together with his team, he explores how flavour is built, perceived and refined through craft, repetition and experience.
After years working in professional kitchens across Sweden and the UK, Pravin created Castle Farm as a place centred around simple food, generous hospitality and the ongoing pursuit of understanding taste more deeply.
Today, Castle Farm has developed a loyal following for its warm, personal atmosphere and its distinctive approach to food: combining bold flavour with curiosity, generosity and care.
Alongside the restaurant, Pravin and the team are gradually expanding Castle Farm into sauces, products and future food concepts, all built around the same belief: that good food starts with understanding taste properly.
Kettlesmith -
A beer brewed for curry
From time to time, we collaborate with people whose work we genuinely admire.
People who care deeply about craft, taste, food and nature. Individuals and groups who approach their work with the same curiosity and attention that guides our own.
For years we have talked about something simple, but surprisingly unresolved:
Why is it so hard to find a beer that holds its own next to great curry?
Not too light. Not louder. Not more extreme. But an equal in craft, balance and intention. A beer that doesn’t complete on taste, but completes on flavour.
Not a curry beer.
A beer for curry.
