Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation terms vary depending on the type of booking.

Restaurant Reservations
Card details are required to secure your reservation.

For standard restaurant bookings, cancellations made less than 48 hours before your reservation, or failure to attend, will incur a charge of £15 per person.

Certain dining experiences, including Supper Clubs, may have different cancellation terms and charges. These will be clearly stated at the time of booking.

You can manage or cancel your reservation using the link in your booking confirmation.

Talks & Classes
Tickets for Talks and Classes are purchased in advance. Any applicable cancellation, transfer and refund terms will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.

Private Events & Hire
Private events, weddings and exclusive hire are subject to individually agreed booking terms, including any applicable deposits and cancellation conditions. These will be confirmed as part of your event arrangements.
