Booking/Cancellation Policy

We politely ask that you give a clear 72 hours notice of your cancellation before the booking. As a small business, last minute cancellations can be a real bummer and giving us plenty of notice allows us to re book tables, plan our staffing, cook lovely food with minimal waste and remain priceworthy for all of our guests.

Supper Clubs are paid in advance and non refundable. With notice of at least a week guests can re-book the next available date.

Private/Group Bookings

Large events, such as weddings or private parties, are required to pay a non-refundable holding deposit when making a booking. The deposit will be based on each individual event and discussed with the organiser.

Larger Groups

Bookings of 10 or more guests will be required to pay a non refundable deposit upon booking in order to hold the table.

Late arrivals

We understand life can get in the way of good time-keeping sometimes, particularly if you have children or have to drive through Bath! If you have a booking on Saturday or Sunday and you are running late, just give us a call and let us know when to expect you. We always ask for a best contact number and will give try to call guests who are more than 15 minutes late on busy weekends, if we haven’t heard from within 30 minutes of your booking the table will be released.
