Garden

The garden sits just a few metres from our kitchen.
It is where much of our work begins.

Every season brings something new to cook with, learn from and build our menus around. Herbs, vegetables, fruit and flowers move from the soil to the kitchen, often within minutes of being picked.

Everything is grown organically and cared for by hand. Not because we are trying to grow everything ourselves, but because staying close to the ingredients teaches us something that simply buying them never could.
The garden reminds us to cook with the seasons, to adapt to what nature gives us and to appreciate that no two harvests are ever quite the same.
It is not simply where we grow ingredients. It is where much of Castle Farm's thinking takes root.
