A Mexican Supper Club inspired by Frida Kahlo’s life in food & art
~
A Mexican feast inspired by the cornerstones of culture, food and art, dining on a menu inspired by the Mexican artist Frida Kahlo. Frida used food to remain anchored to her heritage wherever in the world she was, and the yellow kitchen in her famous bohemian home Casa Azul is in itself a piece of art in which she created her favourite dishes!
Taking inspiration from Kahlo’s final painting of her life, bright, beautiful watermelons, deeply symbolic and beloved in Mexican culture, the painting titled ‘Viva La Vida’ encourages celebration of life, and what better way is there to rebel against the heaviness of the world than to gather with friends and celebrate life .
The biggest table available is for 8 people. Please do not book in excess of this as we cannot accommodate larger groups.
