Restaurant Cancellation Policies

Supper Club & Events Bookings

  • Our supper clubs and events are booked and paid in advance and are non-refundable, please ensure all guests are aware of this policy before booking. In the event that you are unable to attend, with no less than one week’s notice, we will contact any existing waiting list to offer the table for booking and failing that we will add the table back onto the website for booking. If the table is rebooked we will offer a refund or partial refund. Please be aware, if you booked a table for four and it was rebooked as a two you will only receive a partial refund for the amount. You are welcome to sell or gift your table to friends but please contact us to make us aware of any changes.

  • If we need to cancel events for any reason guests will be offered a choice of a full refund or vouchers.

Private Bookings

  • For private hire bookings such as weddings, parties or work events we take a non-refundable deposit of an amount dependent on the event type after menus and budgets have been agreed.

Restaurant Bookings

  • Credit/debit card details are required for bookings.

  • Late cancellations (less than 48 hours prior to the reservation) and no shows will be charged at £15 per person.

  • By confirming your booking you are agreeing to these terms.

  • Reservations are easily managed using the confirmation email sent upon booking your table and notifications are sent 72 hours in advance of you booking with the option to cancel or confirm.  Please ensure you add the correct email address and check your junk mail if you don't receive it upon booking.
