Event Cancellation Policy
Our supper clubs and events are booked and paid in advance and are non-refundable, please ensure all guests are aware of this policy before booking. In the event that you are unable to attend, with no less than one week’s notice, we will contact any existing waiting list to offer the table for booking and failing that we will add the table back onto the website for booking. If the table is rebooked we will offer a refund or partial refund. Please be aware, if you booked a table for four and it was rebooked as a two you will only receive a partial refund for the amount. You are welcome to sell or gift your table to friends but please contact us to make us aware of any changes. Please check you and your guests can make it before booking, if guests are unable to attend the event at short notice we cannot offer refunds, rebooking or the equivalent ticket price in drinks credit for the remaining guests. We always do our best to accommodate changes and be flexible where it doesn’t negatively impact the business. If we need to cancel events for any reason guests will be offered a choice of a full refund or vouchers.
