Join Pravin for this special group class where you will learn how to prepare the best cuts of meat, make your own flavoursome spice rubs, best accompaniments, stoke your fire and learn to cook your meat to perfection over flames. This will be an intimate masterclass for a small group interested in taking their grilling to the next level, with not a burnt sausage in sight!

The class includes coffee and nibbles on arrival for the introductory chat, written recipes and tips for everything you learn to take home and lots of opportunity to ask questions throughout. After the class you can sit down in the sun (hopefully) relax and enjoy tucking in to the the fruits of your labour with a cold beer or two!

Everyone is welcome but a bit of previous experience with handling meat and barbecuing might be good.
